    We have always loved the use of dried fruits in the winter months. We also suggest you try sneaking them in to a Creme Brulee or a Panna Cotta.

    We use Durazno Farm for our plums. If you don't live in Colorado or they're not available, good organic plums should work great. If it's out of season, use a plum jam.
