At The Kitchen, we believe that understanding the customer isn’t always easy. The best way we find to get into your heads is frankly to eat out as much as possible. We visit different cities around the world as often as we can. On one of our trips to New York, we took 12 of our senior staff with us to show them the restaurants we admire the most, and to show them the experience as a customer.

New York City New York is our favorite place to eat in the world. No other city has the quantity, quality and variety of restaurants like NYC. This short-list should get you started.
London Hugo grew up just outside London and worked in some of its best restaurants, including The River Cafe, before moving to Boulder. London has come a long way from the days of boiling and frying. Nowadays it's one of the best melting pots of tastes and flavors from around the world.
San Francisco/Napa Probably our second favorite region in America after New York. The birthplace of farm-driven food and still a leader in unpretentious, good food.
