Hugo Matheson Hugo is the Executive Chef and Co-Owner of The Kitchen. Born in England, Hugo grew up eating whatever food his mother picked up that day. Sometimes it was just “a bit of kale from our garden”, other times it was “a slowly simmered leg of lamb from the nearby butcher”. Either way, it was always fresh and represented the best of the area.
Karim Boulet Karim is the Wine Director at The Kitchen. Along with his team of five 1st degree Sommeliers, Karim has personally selected every label of our 4,500 bottle cellar.
Ray Decker Ray Decker is the general front of house manager at The Kitchen. Ray oversees all service and staffing. handpicks every beer that is served at The Kitchen.
Kate Kaufman Kate Kaufman is the floor manager at The Kitchen. She supervises all wait staff and service personnel and assists in the planning and execution of all private parties and special events.
Nathan Miller Nathan is The Kitchen's Pastry Chef. In addition to making the desserts at The Kitchen, Nathan's talents include making chocolate and baking and styling wedding cakes.
Dakota Soifer Dakota Soifer is our [Upstairs] chef. He designs the [Upstairs] menu and prepares each dish with incredible passion. He has brought a new level of energy and enthusiasm to The Kitchen.
