Hugo is the Executive Chef and Co-Owner of The Kitchen. Born in England, Hugo grew up eating whatever food his mother picked up that day. Sometimes it was just 'a bit of kale from our garden', other times it was 'a slowly simmered leg of lamb from the nearby butcher'. Either way, it was always fresh and represented the best of the area.
Kimbal is Chef-Owner at The Kitchen. With Hugo, Kimbal drives the food, atmosphere and business and The Kitchen. Kimbal's vision has been to provide some of the best food and service available, without the pretense of a formal atmosphere.
Kate Kaufman is the floor manager at The Kitchen. She supervises all wait staff and service personnel and assists in the planning and execution of all private parties and special events.
Nathan is The Kitchen's Pastry Chef. In addition to making the desserts at The Kitchen, Nathan's talents include making chocolate and baking and styling wedding cakes.
