Here you'll find many of the recipes we use everyday in our restaurant. Where possible, we have adjusted the ingredients to serve a smaller group. In preparing these dishes, we encourage you to buy your ingredients from local farmers. If local is not available, we suggest good quality organic or artisanal foods. Please see our suppliers page for many farmers that sell direct to consumers.
