Karim is the Wine Director at The Kitchen. Along with his team of five 1st degree Sommeliers, Karim has personally selected every label of our 4,500 bottle cellar.
Karim comes from a rich background in high-end bistros and restaurants, from Raoul’s in New York’s SoHo district, to Michelin Guide Two-Star restaurant Lasserre in Paris. Karim’s professional and rigorous attitude is paired as perfectly as he pairs his wine with his friendly and fun demeanor, creating a perfect balance of great service and comfort at The Kitchen.
